Edmonton Homeless Commission
- The steward of the Plan to End Homelessness.
- Provides an annual assessment of progress towards meeting the Plan’s goals.
- Raises awareness about ending homelessness and advocates for the Plan.
Homeward Trust
- The management agency for the 10 Year Plan.
- Provides government funding to the agencies delivering services and support for the Housing First teams: training, research, data collection and monitoring.
- Supports people in the Housing First program - with rental assistance and Find: Furnishing Hope, a furniture bank for people who are newly housed.

Each Housing First team provides services along a spectrum of need:
- Finding a home and liaising with the landlord
- Practical help - getting ID, financial planning, cooking, shopping
- Mental health, addictions and family violence supports
